OUR ADMINISTRATION FEE:

We clearly label all of our properties, so you the tenant, understand our involvement in the process.

An administration fee of £135+VAT is payable and covers the cost of referencing, preparation of the tenancy and all administration charges 

All additional applicants including guarantors will pay an administration fee of £135 + VAT).

Right to rent check £42 (£35+VAT) to undertake the check where a time limit has been established.

A check out fee of £90 (75+VAT) will be applied and must be paid in full prior to vacating the property.

Where the tenant is a company the administration fee will be £450.

 

If the tenancy fails due to an unsatisfactory reference, the following fees will be refundable:

  • All the costs for drawing up the tenancy agreement
  • Check in fee

ADDTIONAL FEES:

  • £6 Inc VAT administration charge will be applied to the tenants account for late rental payments.
  • £24 Inc VAT administration charge will be applied to the tenants account for bounced payments.
  • £36 Inc VAT administration charge will be applied to the tenants account for reminder letters for late rental payments.
  • £75 Inc VAT administration charge will be applied for tenancy renewals.
  • £90 Inc VAT fee will be charged for the service of any legal notice.
  • £120 Inc VAT fee will be applied for an aborted check out visit when the tenant has failed to comply with the checkout instructions.
  • £150 Inc VAT fee will be applied for early termination plus the landlords fee; subject to the landlord agreeing.
  • £30 Inc VAT administration fee will be charged for replacement keys or door entry system device plus the cost of the item.
  • £12 Inc VAT administration fee for obtaining quotes and inspecting all completed works resulting from the tenants failure to leave the property as found; payable per contractor.
  • £36 Inc VAT cancellation fee will be charged for any prearranged visit by a Hgp Ltd employee, where less than 24hours notice has been given.
  • £30 Inc VAT fee will be charged for replacement copies of tenancy agreements, inventories and schedule of conditions.
  • £72 Inc VAT fee will be charged for the preparation of each endorsement to the tenancy agreement.
  • £30 Inc VAT fee will be charged to refund any overpayment due top the tenants failure to cancel a standing order.
  • £150  Inc VAT Out of hours callout charge will be applied when HGP Ltd are required to attend a property so the tenant can gain access due to loss of keys or other similar situations.
  • £30 Inc VAT fee will apply where a tenant instructs us to carry out our empty property visit service - payable in advance.
  • £30 Inc VAT To provide a reference.
  • Where the tenant reports a fault at a property that is deemed by a professional contractor, following an inspection, to be non valid the tenant will be liable for the call out charge incurred; should the fault be as a result of improper use or neglect by the tenant the full charge will be attributed to the tenant.

OUR HOLDING DEPOSIT:

In addition to the administration fee you there will be no payment for lodging your deposit with the Deposit Protection Service.

ON ACCEPTANCE OF THE OFFER:

We will require:

  • One month's rent in advance
  • The balance of the Security Deposit 

We must have these monies in cleared funds before the required tenancy start date.
